  • LOF or Lloyd's open form, generally does not apply to small salvage operations.
  • A Salvage Services Contract is your best choice to use our salvage capabilities. It secures your costs at the fixed rates outlined in the contract, but does not exercise a "no cure no pay" option.
  • In some cases we will agree to salvage your vessel in return for full title of the vessel. In this scenario, we will take title and full responsibilty for any damages (incurred after transfer of ownership), environmental or otherwise, prior to attempting salvage operations.
  • Do it yourself recovery, is a high risk venture. The liability of pollution prevention is yours and environmental damages caused by your vessel's pollution, are an offense under many acts of the regulations governing salvage, marine life and the environment. If you are unsuccessful, fines and further costs of professional recovery, may be ordered thereafter by the minister, at your expense.
