Yes we will work your Insurance provider. Notwithstanding, deposits, supplies, equipment etc., must be paid before commencement of salvage/recoveries.
Hourly or day rates can be applied
"Restricted areas" are subject to premiums
Day rates are based on 24 hours and to service longer than 12 hours plus equipment utilizations ($2500/day)
Hourly rate is minumum $250/hr plus equipment utilizations
"Restricted areas" recoveries are subject to availability and premiums of an additional $100/hr for day and hourly rates
FOR SUNKEN/SUBMERGED vessels-a NON REFUNDABLE minimum deposit of $500 is required prior to any services being rendered

Shallow submersion recoveries of and capsized vessels can usuallly be recovered in a matter of hours not day(s)
Currently we do not have a certified diver and must subcontract diver services
Any vessels at depths of more than 20m and any vessel of more than 2.5 tonnes will require detailed indepth planning and may require more equipment be secured prior to operations (crane barge, lifting tanks etc.)
All salvage operations are complex and detailed, so consultation by phone and an on-site survey is the first step
Pre-planning and preparations may take several hours depending on the difficulty of the recovery
By agreeing to a salvage contract, you are agreeing to "Hold Harmless" Laketow Marine, its owner and/or its employees and you are agreeing to our Terms of service Read the Terms of Service and subject to any and all regulations, standards of ordinary practice for salvage recoveries
You may cancel service at any time after deposit within ONE HOUR, or the previous DAY of planned onsite, without further charge
LOF or Lloyd's open form, generally does not apply to small salvage operations.
A Salvage Services Contract is your best choice to use our salvage capabilities. It secures your costs at the fixed rates outlined in the contract, but does not exercise a "no cure no pay" option.
In some cases we will agree to salvage your vessel in return for full title of the vessel. In this scenario, we will take title and full responsibilty for any damages (incurred after transfer of ownership), environmental or otherwise, prior to attempting salvage operations.
Do it yourself recovery, is a high risk venture. The liability of pollution prevention is yours and environmental damages caused by your vessel's pollution, are an offense under many acts of the regulations governing salvage, marine life and the environment.
If you are unsuccessful, fines and further costs of professional recovery, may be ordered thereafter by the minister, at your expense.
